Gapminder

Gapminder is a great website that gives people access to decades of international data on just about any measure of development that you can think of.  It also lets the user make animated charst that make abstract economic concepts immediately understandable.  It's also just fun to mess around with.  Check out the site here: http://www.gapminder.org/
