"Our New Girl" by Nancy Harris is a startling psychological drama about the darker side of modern parenthood. Behind the shiny door of Hazel Robinson’s immaculate London home, things aren’t as good as they look. Her plastic surgeon husband, Richard, has embarked on his latest charitable mission in Haiti, leaving the heavily-pregnant Hazel to cope with a failing business and a problem son. When an Irish nanny arrives unannounced on her doorstep, Hazel finds her home under the shadow of a seemingly perfect stranger, and one who has an agenda of her own. Our New Girl had its US premiere at New York’s Atlantic Theater in May 2014 following a sold-out, extended run at London’s Bush Theatre in 2012.

*Note: The theater at the Portland Actor's Conservatory is located at 1436 SW Montgomery St, just west of PSU and a few blocks South of the Goose Hollow Max station, so public transit is encouraged! Please arrive early as street parking is available but requires a parking permit Monday-Friday until 9:00 pm. Permits can be purchased at the box office for $2/each. There are also metered spots and a PSU-operated garage about 2 blocks away.
