I support WorldOregon because the organization connects us to broader perspectives, cultures, and ideas from around the world, therefore, creating a pathway to new ideas, innovative solutions, or new exciting partnerships.

A favorite place to be: I love waking up on a cold winter morning while everyone is still sleeping and I get to drink my tea looking out the window. 
I am most proud of my parents - they are immigrants from Mexico, and I am also proud of my children, Jude and Ava.
Some causes I support: As a former Librarian, I am a huge supporter of early literacy as well as digital literacy. Other causes I support include the fight for environment and climate change, racial justice, women's rights, and foster children.
