Tastes of the World is a four-week long virtual cooking series. Starting on October 9, we will be joined by leaders from all over the globe who have visited us through international exchange programs. Each of these programs will be a Cook-Alongside-Me program with plenty of opportunity for Q&A.
For the fourth and final installment of our online cooking series, Madeeha (Maddy) Shahid, an International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) alumnus from Pakistan will be showing us how to make a popular Pakistani dish: Chicken Karahi!
Maddy visited us back in the winter of 2017 as a participant of the IVLP “Coalition Building for NGOs” cohort. She started working in higher education back in 2009 where she taught Bachelor of Science and MBA students economics, and now works as the Senior Manager at Tourism Promotion Services (South and Central Asia sector) in Pakistan. She has extensive experience in government, higher education, economics, and globalization.
