Internship Opportunities:

International Visitor Program Intern (3+ month commitment, rolling basis) 

The International Visitor Program (IVP) team is responsible for approximately 500 international visitors each year participating in short-term professional study programs. The IVP intern will have the opportunity to become familiar with an aspect of American foreign policy, which promotes citizen diplomacy through international friendship and understanding. S/he will be encouraged to escort visitors to appointments and attend professional meetings and will have an opportunity to meet staff working in additional areas that may be of interest.

Membership and Nonprofit Management Intern (February - May) 

The Administrative and Membership department is responsible for the coordination of all aspects of membership and donor relations at WorldOregon. In addition to becoming familiar with non-profit membership processes, the intern will have opportunities to develop his/her research and writing skills through supplementary projects as we work to expand our organizational reach. This intern will primarily report to the Administrative and Membership Manager.
