Sometimes the best way to connect to the world is to get on a plane and go someplace new; when you feel safe to do so again, we hope you will join us!
Our trips and partner-travel opportunities give you behind-the-scenes perspectives, and provide opportunities for travelers to connect authentically with people across the world.
WorldOregon is a member of the World Affairs Councils of America network and partners with the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia, which offers a wide range of travel opportunities to members of that network. Most trips are small-group land tours or small-ship cruises with Council leaders, expert speakers, and behind-the-scenes special events. Cruising the Adriatic: Slovenia & Croatia
October 2-13, 2021 new dates
With Derrick Olsen, WorldOregon President
In a region well worth exploring for its natural beauty alone, visit spellbinding archaeological sites, impressive cathedrals, dramatic palaces, and ancient city centers that illuminate the layered history of the Dalmatian Coast. Begin the program in Slovenia’s capital city, Ljubljana, and discover magical Lake Bled before continuing to Croatia to begin your 7-night Adriatic cruise. Sail along the Croatian coast from the Istrian Peninsula to Dubrovnik, calling at Velika Brijun, Pula, Zadar, Split, Hvar, and Korčula along the way. A leisurely pace allows for free time in town to sample local cuisine and mingle with locals.
From $6,192 per person plus airfare.
